Pretty much everyone from the West Midlands know about the Shropshire town of Ironbridge, a small and picturesque world heritage site, nestled in a valley on the banks of the River Severn, near to the new town of Telford. Ironbridge is one of my favourite places to visit, it’s filled with old buildings, beautifully nestled into to the hillside, surrounding by the bridge that the town is named after, the worlds first iron bridge.
