Irish indie-pop quintet September Girls are touring the UK this may, promoting their soulful yet gothic début album Cursing the Sea whilst also attempting to create the same buzz in the UK as they have back home in Dublin.
I am planning to see the girls when the come to Birmingham on the 7th of May, hoping to catch some of their gritty, cliché free noise pop songs, reminding me a little of an early Vivan Girls or an edgier version of The Bangles.
